About This Faculty Role

HTS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior School Math Teacher to join our team in August 2018.

The successful candidate will be collaborating on a team of learning partners who employ researched based pedagogical practices and will be delivering a program that is dynamic, personalized, skills-based, and in conjunction, will ensure there is an engaging learning environment that will enable all students to fulfill their potential. Holy Trinity School is seeking individuals who are passionate about their craft, energetic, consistently leverage technology to a high degree, is creative and is continuously developing relevant learning opportunities for their students. The successful candidate must communicate with ease and confidence with all constituents related to this position.

We are inviting candidates with the following qualifications to apply:

  • Ontario Teacher Certification
  • Deep knowledge of the Ontario curriculum and Growing Success Policies
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s 21st century competencies
  • Significant experience teaching in defined subject matter area
  • Experience in the independent school environment
  • Comfort with, and enthusiasm for, the use of technology
  • The willingness and ability to collaborate with fellow teachers
